Confliction

The energy of a society is confliction. If there is only one thinking in the society, the surrounding becomes boring. Thomas Jefferson said, “It is conflict and not unquestioning agreement that deeps freedom alive. In a free country there will always be conflicting ideas, and this is a source of strength.” Our society has diversity of all aspects, because we tolerate different ideas. Therefore, I detect that the freedom in our society decreases. I hate this phenomenon because it conflict our lives. Liberty is the biggest feature in our country and it is different form China mainland. According the data from Freedom House, our political rights and civil liberties become low. That will cause the life of our society lower and lower. The confliction of ideas has benefit in promoting our society energy.

Success

Success is not accidental. “Many people dream of success. To me success can only be achieved through repeated failure and introspection. In fact, success represents 1% of your work which results from the 99% that is called failure,” said by Foichiro Honda, a Japanese company originator. It is impossible that one person doesn’t experience failure but he successes. The most important factor of success is experience. Those experiences can let us find the reason of failure. Many theories are results from achievements of people of former times. A proverb which says that profit from the labor of one's forefathers has similar meaning. Only accumulating lots of failures results to success.

Fair

Fair doesn’t exist everywhere. Nancy Reagan said, ”Ronnoe and I have been through so much together, but it still doesn’t feel like 50 years. I’ve been asked over and over again if there is a secret to staying married for this long and I’d have to say there isn’t one. Marriage is never 50-50. One of you is always giving more, always compromising. And we’ve both done our share of compromising.” Theory is never equal to reality. I think sex equality is the simplest thing in the world. Up to now, there is not a female president in advanced country, though they all claim sex equality. A family is a small group, and there isn’t fair in it. I don’t think there is fair in the world.

Fear

Franklin Roosevelt said, “First of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror that paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.” Yes, fear is the terrible demon. Many people fail to their aim because they are afraid of an uncertain feeling. Success and failure are divided from a line. Some people can success because they have bravery and a steady conviction. On the other hand, the reason of people failure is that they don’t have changeless conviction. For example, Lincoln has a steady conviction to liberate Blacks, and in the end, he successes. It tells us that there is fear in mind causing us failure.

Contentment

People are often not content with their lot. I think that it is the reason of advance of people. In the past, scientists invent a lot of equipment because of their need. I think it is a good phenomenon if the purpose is for human. Therefore, someone is not satisfied with his requirement. Many of them just fit their benefits and damage more people’s interests. I think those people’s behavior doesn’t deserve us to follow. An American novelist, Thornton Wilder, said, “It’s when you’re safe at home that you wish you were having an adventure. When you’re having an adventure you wish you were safe at home.” It states one of human nature. People are never satisfied his present situation.

Influenza vaccine

The government approves to inject influenza vaccine and propagate it. I have no common about it, because there are two conditions to be discussed. The flu vaccine is produced by the DNA or RNA which is got from last year flu. Because of that, sometimes the vaccine isn’t effective absolutely. For babies, their resistance against disease is weak, so I think that it is necessary that they are injected by flu vaccine. For children, I think it isn’t. According to the child’s state of health, parents decide whether take their child to inject flu vaccine. That can decrease the waste of medical resource. The programs of TV propagate parents to take their children to inject influenza vaccine are not necessary for someone.
